New painting facility at LEAX Falun

The start of the construction of the new painting facility at LEAX Falun has now begun.
The construction actually contains of two parts, partly the painting shop but also a new entrance with a reception and six offices. The start of the construction began during the first week of August. The painting facility is planned to be ready by the end of October and then the installation of the process equipment will begin and will continue until the middle of January 2009. After that the start up and testing will take place until the actual opening and take over of the painting shop.

This is the biggest construction investment in LEAX´s history and where the environment is put into focus. It is an investment that has a very positive effect on the environment as the influence of the environment is <1/10 compared to today´s painting shop. The new painting facility also means an increased capacity for LEAX´s continued growth where the environmental aspect has become more and more important. One of LEAX´s goals for year 2012 is in fact to minimize our influence on the environment and now LEAX takes a big step in the right direction - for the sake of the environment!
