Moving to Rezekne
At the end of October the first shipment went from Köping to our new factory in Rezekne in Latvia. LEAX Baltix Managing Director Peter Luberts and one of the founders of LEAX Mr Axel Seger were present when the trucks were being loaded with both machines and furniture that were going to be shipped over to Latvia. At the beginning of November the cargo reached Rezekne.

The factory in Rezekne is now in other words ready to be moved into and the moving in process is highly ongoing at the moment. Environmental friendly thinking is a big part of the construction of the building in Rezekne with for example soil heating as heating system and an own cleaning plant for sewage. The construction is going according to plan and the production facilities will be ready by December the 12th. Already now 40% of the production area is full. The first customer projects in Rezekne are estimated to start at the end of January 2008.
