LEAX take over of Falun is now complete
The last step of LEAX take over from Scania in Falun is now complete. Now from December 2007 even the production of propeller shafts has come under LEAX responsibility. This means that LEAX Falun now has 130 employees and an estimated turn over of MSEK 400.
"Now when the actual take over is complete we enter the next phase - now we must continue the work with continuous improvements that Scania has persued during many years and make LEAX Falun a competitive production unit globally" comments Jan Geier, Managing Director for the actual site.
An official grand opening of the factory will be held on February the 7th 2008.
