LEAX Group now controls most shares in LEAX Baltix SIA
LEAX Group AB has exercised their call option on Swedfund as was described in the shareholder agreement. Due to this fact LEAX Group AB now controls 91% of the shares in LEAX Baltix SIA. The rest of the shares are controlled by three minority shareholders and which have been owners since the start of LEAX Baltix SIA, in April 2001.
