LEAX Baltix expands further in Latvia
During the summer LEAX Baltix has begun the work of setting up yet another production site in Latvia. The actual town is called Rezekne, 240 km east of Riga - 50 km from the Russian boarder. The location was chosen in consideration of the strong tradition of industry within the area and due to the very good means of transport (via railway and road) to Riga and to Russia.
During Q4 2007 2000 square metres of production area shall be ready for our customers.

At the production site in Riga we already have trained Rezekne operators and technicians. These persons were recruited during 2006 and have since then been trained in Riga (Pinki).
