| Quality- and environmental questions are important to the LEAX Group. Our production units have the following certifications: LEAX Mekaniska AB is certified according to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. LEAX Baltix SIA is certified according to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. LEAX Falun AB is certified according to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. LEAX Rezekne SIA is certified according to ISO 14001. |

Continuous improvements in our methods and work procedures are good for our future competitiveness.
In order for improvement to have the right direction we have to understand our customers´ demands and expectations, and fulfill these. Only then we will be the preferred supplier for present and future customers.
Quality issues are an integrated part of the daily activity in the whole group. Building on the competence and experience of our employees we ensure that everyone is motivated for, and involved in, the work with quality improvements.

With "environment" we mean both external and internal (work) environment. Within reasonable technical and economical limits we want to set a good example for the stakeholders of the LEAX Group.

Environmental issues are an integrated part of the daily activity. We work with continuous development of methods and work procedures to fulfill current environmental legislation as well as other demands. We also work to prevent pollutions.
LEAX Group upholds a good work environment, physically and socially, in all workplaces and strives to be one of the most attractive employers in the region. One objective is that nobody shall suffer from injuries or mental harm from work.
LEAX Group provides contract manufacturing and services to customers on the international market. This includes mechanical manufacturing, assembly and testing, calibration of gages and business development.
Our direct effect on the environment consists of consumption of natural resources, waste from production and offices and energy consumption. The indirect environmental effect is basically the effect of our services and transports.
