We have high knowledge as a contract manufacturer how to produce in the most effective way. By combining low costs in Latvia with high technical knowledge in Sweden we can help our customers with optimized production lines which decrease the cost without jeopardizing quality and delivery precision.
Our range
Our production capacity amounts to about 2300 machine hours per month within turning, milling, grinding and end milling etc. We also have possibilies to implement assembly in direct conjunction to other production.
Quality assurance and logistics
LEAX Baltix already works with PPAP technique. Since 2004 LEAX Baltix has been certified according to ISO/TS16949, ISO9001:2000 and ISO 14001.
Other methods regarding quality work, calibration etc we implement in with our own resources from Sweden.
LEAX Baltix in facts
The company LEAX Baltix was founded in 2001 and already in May 2003 the production started in the Pinki factory, outside of Riga. Year 2007 the company had a turnover of MSEK 11,2. The production is in series from 4 000 - 400 000 products per year. The production in the Rezekne factory started in January 2008.
