GENERPRO LEAVES HOME
Borevind AB (later name changed to Bore Tech AB) has acquired LEAX partly owned daughter company GenerPro in Västerås, Sweden.
GenerPro will together with the Norwegian hydropower-company Energi Teknikk from the corner stones for new Bore Tech group which will be placed in Västerås
As the deal is paid with shared in Bore Tech AB will LEAX become one of the larger shareholders in Bore Tech AB. LEAX Group CEO Roger Berggren is elected to the new Board of Bore Tech.
“Within the new Bore Tech–group GenerPro will get the best conditions to utilize its full potential of cost efficient production of power generation equipment for the European market” comments Roger Berggren
